Quite possibly the best family-owned experience I've ever had! I had their cheeseburger and fries, my husband had their sausage breakfast burrito. Everything was so full of flavor! It was very clear everything was handcrafted, with well-seasoned ground beef for their patties, and an incredibly powerful salsa to compliment their burritos. Definitely make a point of stopping here to say hi to Jeff Cortese, and try his fresh cut fries!

We first ordered burgers from rodeo grill and they were not seasoned and bland. We then tried ordering food from there AGAIN on Father's Day thinking maybe it was just a fluke. I ordered the "special" which was spaghetti with meat sauce and a salad, and my husband ordered a billy the kid burger. My spaghetti was INEDIBLE! The sauce was swimming with thyme, cold and was a gloopy excuse for marinara. I thought well at least I have a salad, wrong! The salad was fine but the ranch was basically a soup and I suspect they water it down to stretch their product. The burger however wasn't awful but average, the bun was too big and thick to accommodate the meat and the fries were not seasoned. My child ordered the chicken strip basket and that was the best entree, congratulations you can use a deep fryer!! If hungry and desperate order the burger or something deep fried.

Got green chile & swiss cheese burger to go. Green chile's were good & hot like I like them!! Onion rings were fried with a crisp & good tasting batter! We will stop again when passing through. Just FYI, Steak fingers were frozen & not fresh like the burgers.

We enjoyed this little stop in the middle of nowhere. Traveling through this part of NM doesn't offer much in the way of food, but the Rodeo Grill was surprisingly good. Nice selection. We had the cod and it was good. The place was very 'Rodeo' in every way. The servers were sweet. I'd go back.

As far as dives in the middle of nowhere go, it was good. They had a nice variety of burgers and sandwiches. They also had salads and chicken/steak finger baskets. They have a large breakfast menu, too. The ingredients were fresh and the staff was nice. For lunch in the middle of a long road trip, it was fine. As my husband said, "It was a lot better than McDonald's!"

Had a great hamburger at this unassuming local restaurant. The service was friendly and fast. Everything is made fresh every morning, hamburger patties, hand cut french fries and buns. They have a full menu of various hamburger and hotdog toppings. Also have club sandwiches and chicken fried steak. Authentic establishment with great food. Lastly , the portions are generous.
